Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I have represented hundreds of individuals injured by negligent drivers. These individuals are then bullied by multi-billion dollar insurance companies. I fight these companies and recover fair and just recoveries for my clients.
How did you build a successful practice?
I started my firm with a laptop and printer in my apartment without a client. I represented all clients to the fullest and built a law firm with three offices. It started when I accepted a case against a major Philadelphia hospital which over 10 law firms had rejected. I battled the billion dollar insurance company and resolved the case the night before trial. From then on, I knew I had to continue to represent individuals who needed help.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
I know the judges and defense counsel in all three cities I have offices located in. This allows me to know how to handle each situation depending on the players.

I will let the individual know what needs to be done to correctly handle his or her case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I need the individual's name, address, email, number. The insurance companies involved, the police report, the medical providers, injuries, and any other info pertinent to the case.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I communicate with the client and handle the case with compassion and skill. I know the judges, defense attorneys, employees in the courthouse and other pertinent individuals. I also handle the case personally along with my team who all are empathetic and able. I am also a mediator and arbitrator in both DE and PA.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
That all my clients know that I truly care for the client and work for my client. At the end of the case, I love the hugs and friendships I have earned.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I am a huge sports fan and help with my three children's sports teams. I also am involved in the community to help others who are in need and am on the Board of Directors of three non-profits and chair multiple committees in community groups.
