Granite State Insurance Company Practice Area: Insurance Date: Dec 15, 2011 Outcome: Verdict in the Amount of $716,936 Description: Mr. Garcia injured his back requiring surgical fusion of his spine in an automobile collision while working as a police officer. He was represented by Joel Beck and Charlie Hepworth. He filed a lawsuit against the at fault party and obtained the policy limit. He also received workers compensation benefits.
