Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
We represented a young woman who was employed as a controller at a retail company. She was terminated on grounds that she violated the company's covid19 quarantine rules. In fact, her termination was the result of issues she raised with certain inappropriate accounting procedures and she had also been subjected to workplace harassment. The company offered her a very minimal severance and we were able to secure a substantial settlement of her claim, allowing her to move forward with her life and career.
