Mr. Anooshian is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation Department.  He has a broad range of experience in insurance coverage, bad faith and other complex litigation.

Mr. Anooshian regularly represents major insurance carriers in sophisticated coverage matters and disputes, and provides advice relating to environmental, toxic tort and other major claims on a national and regional basis.  His practice includes representation in state and federal court, as well as significant experience with alternative dispute resolution. 

Mr. Anooshian received a B.A. in 1985 from Wesleyan University and a J.D. in 1988 from Rutgers-Camden School of Law.  Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Anooshian is also admitted to appear before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Anooshian is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
