Mr. Clarke is the primary litigator for the firm. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1969 to 1974. Since 1974, he has been with the firm, specializing in the Railway Labor Act and related statutes before the courts and administrative agencies. He has extensive experience in handling injunction applications, trials, appeals, and matters before the Supreme Court of the United States where he has argued five cases. He also has extensive experience in handling complex civil litigation, ERISA fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues, Employment Discrimination cases, and employee protection matters. He is also a frequent lecturer in the area of the Railway Labor Act and employee protection.
