About John
John comes to Wyoming from New York. He studied law at the University of Wyoming and has since become a long-time Wyoming resident. Following law school John was a law clerk for Alan B. Johnson, United States District Judge for the District of Wyoming.
He is a partner in the firm and has been with Hickey & Evans for three years. Prior to coming to the firm he served as special counsel for Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons. His practice includes an extensive list of civil/commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts, including insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, employment law, creditor bankruptcy and collections. His practice also focuses on litigation before administrative agencies, which has included the Wyoming Office of Administrative Hearings and the Wyoming Medical Commission. John is a member of the Wyoming State and Laramie County Bar Associations.
John and his wife Josephina have two sons. He enjoys scuba diving, travel and spending time with his family.
