In one case he successfully argued and established that one million dollars a year of income should be imputed to unemployed spouse. -Obtained a nine month prison term for a Defendant facing life in prison in a drug case. Had a Defendant's bond reduced from $200,000 to a Promise to Appear. -Has been particularly successful in obtaining pre-trial diversionary programs leading to dismissal of criminal charges in many cases involving relatively serious charges. -Obtained a multi-million dollar settlement in a personal injury case involving questionable liability. -Represented an attorney in a major professional disciplinary case preventing disbarment.
