QUESTIONNAIRE
Juan Briseno was charged with murdering 6 people during drug trafficking and charged with being a member of a RICO drug conspiracy (among many other charges) by the federal government in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Hammond Division. The Federal government sought the death penalty for Mr. Briseno. I was the lead attorney and after a 6 week trial, in March, 2015, Mr Briseno received a life sentence. Mr. Stevan Day was charged with murder in the Lake Superior Court, Criminal Division. We went to trial and the jury found Mr. Day not guilty.
How did you build a successful practice?I built a successful practice through hard work, integrity and honesty.
