John T. McNamara is a Senior Member of Geringer & Dolan LLP, where he has practiced his entire professional career. He is a trial lawyer, primarily focused in products liability and commercial litigation. John has tried many cases to verdict and maintains a considerable trial practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. John also has considerable experience in Appellate Arguments, having argued both in State Appellate Courts and in the Second and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. John’s trial experience includes Products Liability Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, and Commercial Litigation, including Contract Disputes, Employment Litigation and Securities Litigation.
John is also actively involved in Commercial Leasing, Commercial Real Estate and Contract Drafting and Negotiations.
