About John

John Kenneth joined our firm in April, 2007, after gaining valuable jury trial and litigation experience as a an Assistant District Attorney in Rowan County and Forsyth County for over five years. John Kenneth tried more than thirty criminal jury trials while a prosecutor and brings that experience and expertise to the benefit of the clients of Comerford & Britt. He focuses his current practice on catastrophic personal injury and medical negligence claims.

John Kenneth grew up in Winston-Salem and attended R.J. Reynolds High School. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wake Forest University in 1996 and received his JD degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2000. While in law school, John Kenneth served as Managing Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review.

John Kenneth is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Attorneys and the North Carolina and Forsyth County Bar Associations. He has also been active in the Chief Justice Joseph Branch Inn of Court. John Kenneth was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2000.

John Kenneth enjoys sports, reading and playing the guitar, and is an avid fan of Wake Forest University athletics.
