Mr. Lynch's primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation with a focus on business disputes, construction litigation, insurance defense and real property matters. He has successfully litigated, negotiated or resolved numerous complex and highly contested business, construction and real estate matters for local and national companies and insurers.
Mr. Lynch has been named a "Top Attorney" in the Washington Metropolitan area by Washingtonian Magazine as well as What’s Up Annapolis Leading Lawyers. Since 2010, he has served as the Legislative Committee Chair of the Prince George’s County Committee for ABC Metro Washington Builders and Contractors.

He is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar, and is a member of Anne Arundel County and Prince George's County Bar Associations.
