Attorney John A. Salcedo has been a member of the South Florida Community all of his life. Born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, he graduated from Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory in 1998.
John attended Florida Atlantic University where he graduated in 2002 with a Major in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Sociology. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2005, graduating with Honors.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, John’s legal experience has focused on Civil Litigation. Mr. Salcedo was a Senior Litigation Attorney and Litigation Supervising Attorney for one of South Florida’s largest Plaintiff’s Foreclosure Firms. His position allowed him to work closely with several financial institutions and handle complex legal issues on their behalf. When not in the Courtroom, John Salcedo was training as well as supervising a team of associate attorneys.
John now uses his years of Civil Litigation experience to represent individuals who have not received the full benefit of their insurance policy. His goal is to level the playing field for those embroiled in disputes with insurance companies.
