Mr. Holland's practice is centered on patent preparation and prosecution. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting electrical and mechanical patent applications, particularly applications for computer technology, electronics, electro-mechanical systems, microfabrication, telecommunications, and data networking. <BR><BR> Mr. Holland has worked extensively with several Fortune 100 high-technology clients in procuring domestic and international patent protection and performing various related services for protecting their intellectual property assets. In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, he has assisted in-house personnel in establishing procedures for generating and managing intellectual property portfolios. He has significant experience in evaluating such portfolios, including the preparation of patentability and infringement opinions.
