As a workers compensation attorney we represent injured workers. We help injured workers navigate the complex California workers compensation system. We help our clients obtain medical treatment to treat their work injuries and allow them to return to work. We also work aggressively to obtain the maximum medical benefits for our clients.
How did you build a successful practice?
We have built a successful practice through our passion of helping injured workers. We work aggressively to ensure that our clients obtain the maximum benefits allowable under the California workers compensation system. We also are involved in the local communities and provide free seminars about the workers compensation system.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should be able to work well with their attorney. Our philosophy is that the attorney client relationship is a team. You should be able to contact your attorney when needed and feel confident in your attorney that they are advocating for your rights.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is very important in workers compensation cases. Your attorney should be familiar with the local workers compensation doctors, medical experts, and attorney and judges. We are knowledgeable of the key players in the California workers compensation system in the local areas that we practice in.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
During a free consultation with you attorneys the potential client is able to discuss the details of their case, ask any questions they may have, and get a perspective of where their case is or is going.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
You need to have basic information such as your date of injury, the claims adjuster, where you have received medical treatment, and any other specific information for your case.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Our goal is to get our clients the medical treatment they need to be able to return to work. We also strive to get our clients the maximum benefits available to them under the California workers compensation system. It is rewarding when we achieve a great result for our client where they receive the medical treatment needed to allow them to return to their job.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Outside of practicing law I enjoy cooking, camping, and fishing.

I volunteer in the local community with youth athletic organizations and Boy Scouts of America.
