About Jon

Jon Fee is a former Adams & Broomfield County prosecutor with significant trial experience. In his time with the Adams County District Attorney’s Office, Jon tried over 40 jury trials. This extensive trial experience has helped him to develop a comfort in the courtroom and a rapport with juries that produces successful results in the most difficult of cases. These cases have ranged from the typical DUI or misdemeanor assault charge to attempted murder and sexual assault on a child.

One of Jon’s greatest strengths is his extensive background in psychology. Jon earned both a master’s degree and Ph.D. in Biological Psychology at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. His Ph.D. in psychology has proven helpful in jury selection as well as the organization and presentation of information to the jury during trial.

Most importantly, Jon has an in-depth understanding of the biological mechanisms involved in drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. His unique knowledge of the biological underpinnings of addiction is a tremendous asset to clients when dealing with cases involving alcohol or other drugs. Further, his significant experience with the testing procedures associated with drug and alcohol analysis can be incredibly beneficial to clients facing DUI and DUID charges.
