About Jonathan
Jon graduated from Marquette Law School in 2000 and has worked in Wisconsin litigation and personal injury law exclusively since that time. Jon and his firm have handled every kind of injury case you can imagine: auto and motorcycle collisions, product liability, civil litigation, nursing home neglect, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, and animal attacks. Personal Injury | Milwaukee Jury Award of approx. $900,000.00 | JR, a minor, was assaulted by her mother's boyfriend. The rapist hired a lawyer who blamed the young girl. A jury found him at fault and awarded the young girl almost $900,000.00. Motorcycle Accident | Defendant found 100% at fault | Smith was driving his motorcycle when his protective glasses fell off. He decided to turn around to get them using a driveway. As he began to make his left turn into the driveway he was struck by another motorcyclist. The defendant's insurance company denied the claim stating that Smith was at fault in the collision. Damages were stipulated to. Because the defendant's insurance denied liability a jury had to force the insurance company to take responsibility. The jury stated that the defendant was 100% at fault. Car Accidents | Pre-Trial Settlement $95,000.00 | The Wisconsin Law Journal recently highlighted a Groth Law Firm, S.C. car accident settlement in Milwaukee County. The case involved a rear end collision where the injured victim’s permanent injury was/is tinnitus. The past medical bills were approximately $9,000.00. The settlement totalled $95,000.00 (Ninety Five Thousand and 00/00).
