About Joseph
Joseph Mulé has been in private practice for 35 years. He is admitted to practice law before both State and Federal Courts in the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Prior to forming Reilly and Mulé, PLLC he had been associated with or a member of some of the more prestigious law firms on Long Island.
Joseph Mulé’s practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, matrimonial and family law, personal injury, residential and commercial real estate, corporate law and related litigation, and wills and estates. He has represented individuals, banks, construction companies and large and small businesses in litigation matters initiated throughout the greater New York Metropolitan area as well as in Putnam, Orange and Albany Counties, New York. He has also argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First, Second and Third Judicial Departments of the State of New York, and has tried cases in the New York State Court of Claims and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Joseph Mulé received a Juris Doctor Degree from the John Marshall Law School in 1974 and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University in 1970. He is currently an active member of the New York State, Nassau and Suffolk Bar Associations, participating in matrimonial and family law, plaintiff’s personal injury, general practice and real estate committees.
