Upon graduating from law school, he worked at a large national firm, previously recognized as one of the 40 largest firms in the United States. Joseph has appeared before federal and state court judges throughout Northern California. He has also been successful in mediation, arbitration, and trial. In addition to practicing law, he served on the faculty at the California School of Law, where he taught courses in evidence and civil procedure.
