About Joseph
Joseph is a Certified Civil Trial attorney and heads the Personal Injury Practices Department. Together with Robert Gluck, he also heads the Criminal Law Practice Group. Joseph specializes in all areas of plaintiff's personal injury litigation as well as criminal matters primarily in the State and Municipal Courts. He also engages in select civil litigation.
Joe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University (New Brunswick) in 1967 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1975. He is admitted to the New Jersey State and Federal Bars and is a member of the Essex County, Middlesex County, New Jersey State, and American Bar Associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
