Attorney Joseph “Joey” Rogelio Echavarria graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio receiving degrees in both Political Science and Criminal Justice. Upon graduation he then attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated Cum Laude with his law degree. While at SMU he was the Case Note/Comment Editor of the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal. Before joining Carabin Shaw, Echavarria served two years as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Bexar County, Texas. As of Counsel to Carabin Shaw, he focuses primarily on personal injury and automobile claims.
