I am an attorney in private practice, located in Stamford, Connecticut, specializing in real estate transactions. I am a Harvard Law School graduate, with extensive large firm experience, and have been a sole practitioner since 2001. I have over 30 years of experience representing clients in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as other legal matters and issues.

I am committed to providing every client with thorough, prompt and efficient service. My fees for legal services will always be fair and reasonable.

My core mission in law practice is to help clients successfully negotiate and close commercial and residential real estate transactions with a minimum of stress, pain and anxiety. By providing prompt service, sound advice and attention to detail, I help bring the transaction to a smooth and timely closing. In addition to real estate closings of all types, my practice areas include business law, condominium law, construction law, wills, trusts and probate. I recognize that each client's transaction, case or matter is of great importance to them. Therefore, I always give clients my personal attention through every step of the process.

To my friends in the real estate brokerage community: I am always pleased to hear from Fairfield County real estate brokers who may have legal issues or questions about a transaction they would like to discuss, or who have clients who need to hire a real estate attorney. When fast action is required, I will prepare contracts and meet with clients after business hours or on the weekend.
