Joe prides himself on the personal connection he establishes with his clients. Before becoming a plaintiff’s’ personal injury attorney, Joe practiced civil defense litigation, and now uses the knowledge and experience he obtained by formerly representing corporations and insurance companies to obtain maximum value for his injured clients today.
Joe focuses his practice solely on obtaining compensation for injured persons and their loved ones. He handles all manners of personal injury cases, including but not limited to, premises liability, negligent security, motor vehicle accidents, commercial vehicle accidents and victims of assault, and civil rights matters. From arbitration-level to major jury cases, Joe endeavors to recuperate every dollar owed to his injured clients. His practice spans throughout Pennsylvania and New jersey.
Joe zealously fights for the rights of his clients. His strengths extend beyond just the courtroom. Joe’s persuasive writing has repeatedly proven successful in trial courts and various courts of appeal. His versatility enables him to effectively promote his clients’ interests, regardless of the issue.
Prior to practicing law, Joe clerked for the Honorable William E. Nugent, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware School of Law and was selected to serve as an Articles Editor for Widener Law Review. Joe was a Widener Merit Scholar and his tireless efforts earned him numerous accolades, including the Alexander V. Sarcione, Jr. Memorial Award, the Outstanding Clinical Student Award, Dean’s List, a Certificate of Achievement, and Pro Bono Recognition for preforming over sixty hours of pro bono service during his final year of law school. He earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from St. Joseph University. Despite his busy practice, Joe takes every opportunity he can to return to his hometown in New Jersey, to visit with family and friends.
