The firm's principal was born in Cleveland, Ohio (1/15/61) and was admitted to the bar for the State of Ohio in 1986. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of California, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third, Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits. Mr. McCafferty is a graduate of Kent State University (B.B.A., 1983), and the University of Akron (M.B.A., 1988 and J.D., 1986). He completed a judicial clerkship for The Honorable Daniel B. Quillin from 1986-88 at the Ninth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. In addition, Mr. McCafferty is a member of the Cleveland, Ohio, and American Bar Associations.
