About Joseph
Joseph handles all aspects of divorce litigation, including equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, custody, support, parenting time, adoptions and pre-nuptial agreements. Joseph also has significant experience in litigation, primarily personal injury, products liability and worker's compensation. He has tried hundreds of matters to conclusion in many areas of law.
Joseph is a graduate of Warner College (1972) and Penn State University Dickinson School of Law (1976). He is a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers. He has been a member of the Middlesex County District Ethics Committe and the the Middlesex County Fee Distribution Committee. Joseph has also been a Middlesex County Personal Injury arbitrator on many cases.
Joseph has also served on the Board of the Rugters Preparatory School in Somerset, New Jersey.
