About Joseph

Joe Stultz is an associate in the Litigation department, where he concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation.  Joe graduated with a J.D. degree in 2008 from the University of Utah College of Law, where he was a member of the Utah Law Review, was elected to the Order of the Coif and graduated with highest honors.  Joe also won the Robert Schmid Natural Resources Writing Award for his paper entitled "Standing to Sue to Enforce a Conservation Easement."

Prior to entering law school, Joe worked in the treasury department for Sabre Holdings in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, where he assisted in a secondary equity offering, a debt placement and a capital lease for the company's headquarters.  Joe also worked as a budget and financial analysis manager at Sabre.  Prior to working at Sabre, Joe was an associate in public finance at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes in Dallas, where he assisted cities and school districts in issuing municipal bonds.

Joe has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  Joe also spent a year abroad as an undergraduate studying at the London School of Economics.
