Josh founded the firm in 2008 with the intent to help debtors that have been harassed, abused, deceived or just plain wronged by a creditor or debt collector. While not all conduct is worthy of a lawsuit, some is. However, with a little education, most debtors can defend themselves from creditors and debt collectors without the need for legal intervention. In those instances where a lawyer's touch is required, Josh helps fill the void.

Josh holds a B.A. in psychology from Brandeis University, an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. His experience includes a summer internship at Connecticut Legal Services, working on the Consumer Law Project for Elders, a mediation externship at the Better Business Bureau, and 2 years as a law clerk at Consumer Law Group, a private law firm dedicated to protecting consumer rights.
