He assists clients in resolving complex legal issues at all stages of litigation, and focuses on drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs. Clients in the construction, transportation and media industries have benefited from Mr. Kins representation. As a litigator, Mr. Kin represents clients in various substantive areas, including commercial litigation, criminal, products liability, First Amendment, Americans with Disabilities Act, and bankruptcy. And as an appellate lawyer, Mr. Kin has also been involved with appeals before both state and federal courts. Mr. Kin is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (cum laude, Phi Alpha Theta, History Honor Society) and the University of Dayton School of Law. In law school, Mr. Kin served as Comment Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review and served as a teaching assistant for the universitys legal writing course after earning the highest grade in two persuasive legal writing courses. He also received the highest grade in an intensive business reorganization capstone course and obtained a great deal of experience as an extern for the Second District Court of Appeals. More recently, Mr. Kin completed Bryan Garners Advanced Legal Writing and Art of Persuasion courses. Mr. Kin is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In his practice, Mr. Kin also advises other attorneys on ending litigation through motion practice and building a case for appeal.
