About Joshua
Mr. Miller is dedicated to the practice of family law, and has worked in the divorce and family law field since 1996. Mr. Miller began working in management and clerking positions for family law firms before graduating law school and practicing law as an attorney.
Mr. Miller graduated from University of California, Davis where he completed a double-major in economics and international relations, and a minor in business management. He was then immediately admitted to University of the Pacific, McGeorge school of law where he specialized in studies in family law, business law and real estate law. Mr. Miller was a unique law student in that he was qualified to represent low income clients in divorce and business related matters as soon as his second year in law school. Since the first day Mr. Miller was admitted to practice law in California, he has focused his practice to divorce and family law.
Mr. Miller is a local business owner in addition to being a managing partner at Miller & Associates, and owns and invests in real estate throughout the country. As a result of Mr. Miller's personal experience in business, and due to his training in business entity formation and business litigation, Mr. Miller is a critical asset to our clients that own businesses due to his knowledge in business valuations and complex support issues as they relate to family law matters.
