About Joshua
Mr. Joshua Zokaeem is the founder and managing partner for The CAPITAL Law Firm. Mr. Zokaeem possesses an extensive knowledge of personal injury law. He is a passionate advocate for his clients and an aggressive litigator. Prior to founding The CAPITAL Law Firm, Mr. Zokaeem worked at several well-respected litigation firms in Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles, California where he focused on personal injury matters, and business litigation. Mr. Zokaeem graduated, with a Bachelor degree from University of California Los Angeles. He obtained his juris doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. In 2014, he took the California bar examination and passed on his first attempt.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Mr. Zokaeem was the recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Legal Analysis, Writing & Skills. He was also the recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Immigration Law. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Zokaeem was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program. As a member of the team, Mr. Zokaeem competed in the International Law School Mediation Tournament in Chicago, IL where he was a finalist in the Mediator category.
Mr. Zokaeem is a member of a number of associations including CAALA, AAJ, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
