About Judith
Judith Rodden concentrates her practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Development, complex Commercial and Business Litigation, intricate Family Law involving business assets, Employment Law and Adversary Actions in Bankruptcy cases and issues related to the sub-prime mortgage crisis. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Rodden enjoyed a successful career as a Vice-President and Financial Aid Administrator for several multi-location post-secondary institutions with locations throughout the East Coast and has extensive experience in the area of regulatory compliance. During law school, Ms. Rodden was employed as a law clerk for a Montgomery County boutique real estate practice and title insurance company completing hundreds of complex real estate and financing transactions.

Most recently, Ms. Rodden ed a course entitled A Nuts and Bolts Overview of Family Law for the Suburban General Practitioner with Ethics for the Division of Continuing Adult and Professional Studies of Neumann College.
