Julia Manela, Attorney

Julia Manela graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2002 with a certificate in Estate Planning. Ms. Manela began her practice in commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights in 2003 as an attorney with Muhlheim Boyd. She has continued and developed that practice over the years, making her one of the most experienced attorneys in her practice areas in the lower Willamette Valley. She has served as the co-chair of the New Attorney Committee of the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section and Chair of the Lane County Bar Debtor-Creditor Section. She has co-authored materials for the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Sections seminars and Northwest Bankruptcy Institute. She is currently serving a 5 year term on the Oregon Professional Liability Fund’s Board of Directors. Ms. Manela is a founding partner of The Scott Law Group.
