About Julia

I have been practicing family law and divorce mediation full time in Massachusetts since 2003, and I have successfully mediated over 1000 cases to completion.

I have been admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, California, New York, and Massachusetts. I received my BA from Brown University, magna cum laude, in 1987 and my law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991.

Before moving to Massachusetts, I was Staff Attorney at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law in Los Angeles, and I served as Director of the Feinstein Institute for Legal Service at the Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.

I live in Amherst, MA with my husband, three children, and family dog.
