In Julie’s spare time, she enjoys laying tile (or most construction work), bowling, and helping children. She currently volunteers as a guardian ad litem for Kids’ Voice. She has hosted seven exchange students from Germany, Finland, Denmark, and Switzerland, including Maggie Lightener, Louise Breuninger, Michael Stork, Max Jaenisch, Juho Kyyhkynen, Eva Wingaard, and Benoit Sierro.
Julie is married to Steve, has a daughter Rochelle, and two step-children, Claire and Chris. Julie has a daughter-in-law, Tiffany, and one grandchild, Ariana.
