About Juliette

Juliette White is a shareholder and member of the Litigation department and concentrates her practice on general commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, and copyright matters, domain name disputes, and cyberlaw. 
 
Ms. White received her J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was the executive editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation.  Contemporaneously with her law degree, Ms. White also received a M.P.P. (Master of Public Policy) degree from Duke University.  Ms. White served as a law clerk to Justice Michael J. Wilkins of the Utah Supreme Court from August 2002 through August 2003.
