Justin Grant McGee | Managing Member

Justin McGee, a lifelong Texan, has lived, studied, and worked in the Greater Houston area for most of his life. As a notable commercial litigation lawyer in Houston, he brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Before founding the McGee Law Firm, Mr. McGee served as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded, non-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that controlled over $500 million in assets. He has also worked for local law firms, including the firm formerly known as Barber-Jackson, PLLC, and Holmes Law, PLLC.


Justin earned his J.D. at South Texas College of Law-Houston and holds both a Master's of Applied Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Houston. As a licensed real estate attorney in Houston, Mr. McGee is authorized to practice law in the State of Texas and is admitted to the Federal Southern District of Texas. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and serves as the principal of McGee Capital Investments, PLLC.



Outside the office and courtroom, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and sons while exploring the great outdoors.
