About Justin
After graduating 5th in his law school class (1993) from Ohio Northern University College of Law, Justin began his career as a trial lawyer with the Spangenberg law firm, based in Cleveland. Over the next 11 years, he focused on the areas of personal injury, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, medical prescription errors, insurance coverage disputes, sexual harassment, injuries on property, dangerous and defective products, and class action matters. Becoming a partner in the firm in 2002, Justin broadened his areas of litigation to include business disputes, breach of contract cases, and non-compete agreement litigation.
In 2004, Justin joined Landskroner Grieco Madden LLC as a named partner where he continued to try personal injury and business cases for the next seven years across the State of Ohio. Among his trial verdicts was a jury award of nearly $1,000,000 for a woman who was severely injured by a truck driver, and two verdicts over $100,000 for victims of drunk drivers.
In August of 2011, Justin sold his ownership in the firm and created his own firm, now known as Justin Madden Co., LPA. Although based in Northeast Ohio, Justin continues to try personal injury cases across the State of Ohio, and throughout the Midwest. He continues to litigate challenging wrongful death and personal injury cases, whether referred to him by other lawyers, clients, or professionals in the banking, insurance, and medical fields. Whether motor vehicle accidents, trucking cases, railroad crossing cases, injuries at work or on someone else's property, Justin Madden has consistently found ways to help injured persons and families recover maximum compensation and damages for their loss.
