Justin R. Gilbert joined the GILBERT & GILBERT firm in 2004. His practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, criminal law, family law, juvenile law, wills and probate, and real estate matters.
Mr. Gilbert received his B.A. from the University of Texas in 2000 and his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Justin was a member of the Board of Barristers and was honored for academic achievement by his induction into Phi Kappa Phi. Prior to studying law, Mr. Gilbert served as President of the University of Texas Silver Spurs and was honored with an appointment as the handler for the University's storied mascot, "BEVO."
In addition to his law practice, Justin currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Brazoria County Bar Association, the Southwest SIDS service organization, and the United Way of Brazoria County.
Mr. Gilbert is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Brazoria County Bar Association, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Justin and his wife, Courtney, live in Lake Jackson, Texas.
