About John
The partners of SDK formed their law firm in 2004 with the intention of representing a limited number of clients, so that they could concentrate their efforts on a few clients and give each client the time he or she deserves.
Mr. Kane focuses the majority of his time in asbestos litigation representing victims who suffer from mesothelioma and lung cancer. In 2004, Mr. Kane and Ms. Savinis went to trial on behalf of a mesothelioma victim and were successful. The jury awarded the mesothelioma victim $3,000,000.00 and awarded his wife $3,000,000.00. In 2005 Mr. Kane and Ms. Savinis went to trial on behalf of a mesothelioma victim and were again successful. The jury awarded the estate of the mesothelioma victim and his wife $1,400,000.00.*
