Martin J. Kane joined Hinman, Howard & Kattell in 1998 and focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, elder law and Medicaid planning. He counsels individuals on issues relating to long-term care, estate planning, and estate administration.

Marty has lectured extensively on topics relating to estate planning, trusts, and nursing home planning. His publications include “Should I Give My House to My Kids?” BHC Publications, 1996.

Marty is a past president of Mom’s House in Endicott, and was active with the Southern Tier RAGE AAU Basketball Program as both a coach and member of its Board of Directors.
