About Karen
Karen specializes in the areas of civil litigation, insurance law, personal injury and probate. She is a mediator with the Wayne and Oakland County Circuit Courts, performs as a defense arbitrator and provides private arbitration.
She is a 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan and graduated from Detroit College of Law in 1979. Karen was admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 1979, and has since been admitted to the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.
Karen has led seminars for State Farm on Michigan No-Fault Law. She is a member of the Oakland County, Macomb County, and Detroit Bar Associations, the Women Lawyers Association, and Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
