About Katharine
Katharine’s practice emphasis is providing legal consultation to businesses during formation and transactions. She also represents clients in financial fraud, trust and estate litigation.
Katharine worked for a tax law firm where she advised on and resolved tax, business and real estate issues, including mergers and acquisitions. While attending law school, she was the Notes & Comments editor for the Oregon Review of International Law, and received the Dean’s Scholarship for three years. Prior to law school she worked for seven years as a project manager for two data companies.
