About Kathleen
KATHLEEN CALLAHAN joined KCN as an Associate in 2002. In addition to her qualifications as an attorney, Ms. Callahan is a certified mediator. Ms. Callahan received her education at Villanova University (B.A., cum laude, 1996) and George Washington University (J.D. 2000). While in law school, Ms. Callahan served as a Dean's Fellow, a member of the Trial Court Board and as a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Callahan is a speaker on discrimination issues for various organizations, including the American Law Institute‑American Bar Association (ALI‑ABA) and the Oncology Nursing Society. She is also a member of professional organizations including the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section) and the District of Columbia Bar (Labor and Employment Section, and Arts, Entertainment and Sports Law Section). Ms. Callahan's practice areas include Employment Law, Discrimination and Harassment, Severance Agreements, Employment Contracts, and Discipline/Performance actions.
She is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and District of Columbia bars. Ms. Callahan is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
