About Katie

Katie MacCallum Nichols grew up in Madison, West Virginia. Katie is the daughter of Jim and Sandy MacCallum. During her tenure at Wingate University, she spent a semester in London and was able to travel to Ireland, France, Italy, Whales, Scotland and Peru. While attending the WVU College of Law, Katie served as the Vice President of the Lugar Trial Association and the captain of the women's flag football team, "the practice." She is married and lives with her husband and daughter in Charleston, West Virginia.

From 2003 to 2004, Katie served as the law clerk for the now retired Judge E. Lee Schlaegel, Jr., in the Circuit Court of Boone County, West Virginia.

Katie started practicing with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in July 2004.  Since joining the firm, Katie's practice has included deliberate intent, products liability, civil rights defense and municipal liability.
