Erica Jackson was raised in Stafford, Texas, a small town near Houston. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas, graduating cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, she received numerous academic honors, including recognition as the university’s highest-ranking political science student, and was named both a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and a W.E.B. Du Bois Scholar. Erica was initiated into the Beta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in 2010 and remains an active member, dedicated to serving her community through the organization’s programs and initiatives. Following her undergraduate studies, Mrs. Jackson earned her Juris Doctor from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she attended on academic scholarship. She gained valuable legal experience as a law clerk for a personal injury firm and as a student attorney in the Southern University Divorce Clinic. Kathy Bylinowski earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Following law school, Kathy Bylinowski began her legal career practicing personal injury defense in Indiana. She later relocated to Texas, where she founded and successfully operated a business in the Katy Texas area before returning to the practice of law. She now focuses her practice on personal injury law in Texas, drawing on her extensive litigation experience and strong commitment to client advocacy. Kathy Bylinowski is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Texas. Khalid Aboujamous earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC), where he further developed his advocacy and dispute-resolution skills. During law school, Khalid was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Team and served on the Executive Board of the Muslim Legal Society. He also trained as a mediator and volunteered with the UHLC Mediation Clinic, assisting in the resolution of disputes referred by the Dispute Resolution Center of Harris County. Before joining KGS Law Group, Khalid practiced as a Personal Injury Plaintiff’s Attorney at Pierce Skrabanek PLLC. There, he managed a docket of more than 140 cases in both pre-litigation and litigation, gaining extensive experience in case management, client advocacy, and settlement negotiation. Khalid is bilingual in English and Arabic, speaking fluent conversational Arabic. Outside the office, Khalid is committed to his community and personal well-being: he stays active by exercising, playing and watching sports, and cherishing time with friends and family.

Sarah Rayes is an Associate Attorney at KGS Law Group, where she represents clients in personal injury matters. Fluent in Arabic, Sarah's global perspective is shaped by her roots in Sudan and upbringing in the United Arab Emirates, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Iowa and went on to earn her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. My name is Tej Singh - I am the founder of Tej Law Firm, PLLC in Texas and Tej Law Firm, PC in California. I started this firm in December 2020 with one goal: to help real people with real problems. I am a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with Honors in 2016. I am fully licensed and serve clients in both Texas and California and have thus am able to represent clients in both states. In my career thus far, I am fortunate to have already worked in diverse legal environments, spanning from firms of varying sizes to varying legal subspecialities. In law school, I clerked for various firms, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property. I am fortunate to have a diverse spectrum of prior experiences that I now apply at my firm. Once I was granted admission to the California State Bar, I initially practiced with the largest Workers’ Compensation Defense Firm in California (Los Angeles). For two years, I protected and limited exposure to employers dealing with injured workers. I built relationships with Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers’ Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the California Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam so that I could serve as legal counsel in Texas for my family. After I was granted admission to the Texas State Bar, I moved to Texas and practiced as a defense attorney in areas of employment law, Texas Dram Shop Law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and Texas windstorm insurance. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on wage and hour disputes as well as medical malpractice claims. My main practice area is Employment law including wage and hour claims and California Workers' Compensation claims. In California, I represent clients that have been injured at work with their Workers’ Compensation claims. I know how the Defense thinks, and I know what to anticipate in their legal strategies. I work closely with my clients, as part of a team, to ensure that my clients’ rights are protected after an injury or ailment developed in the workplace.
