Keenan S. Keenan was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and is proud to serve the community where he grew up. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and his Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of law at Duquesne University. Keenan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
