About Kelly

!! This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.  !!

Kelly Huang received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1991. Immediately after completing his undergraduate program, he was accepted to the Albany Law School of Union University, New York’s oldest American Bar Association-accredited law school. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from the prestigious school. In 1995, Mr. Huang was first admitted to the Bar in the state of New York.

Mr. Huang was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 1998. He became a member of the bar of the state of Florida the same year and then in the state of Nevada in 2007. His education proved extremely valuable in shaping the role he would play in his career as an attorney.

While in law school, Kelly served as a legal intern for both the United States Magistrate Court and the New York State Supreme Court. This internship opportunity exposed him to the legal profession at the highest levels, allowing him to build the skills and techniques he would later use in private practice. Following his J.D., he joined a law firm as an associate and worked with plaintiffs in a wide variety of cases. He also worked as an associate in the insurance defense area of law from 1996-2001.
Kelly transitioned to personal injury law at the end of 2001. This area of the legal profession suited his character perfectly; he has a passion for helping others, and in personal injury cases, clients are often faced with uncertainty, pain, and confusion. For the next eight years, he would work closely with injury victims, preparing cases with the rigor and compassion those clients needed to overcome severe physical, mental, and financial challenges.
