About Kelly
Hello, I am attorney Kelly Miller. I was born and raised in Southern California. After finishing high school and Upland High School in Upland, CA, I attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I took one year off to work before deciding to pursue a higher education at the University of La Verne School of Law. While attending law school, I worked for a private firm, the Riverside City Attorney’s office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. I also volunteered with the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. I graduated in 2013 and sat for the California Bar in July. I passed the bar exam and quickly saw a need in the community for local attorneys who were passionate about what they do. Shortly after Sandy Garcia, my business partner, and I decided to open up our own firm as we saw the opportunity to provide individuals with affordable legal aid and honest and fair representation.
