Ms Kelly B. Stout, Attorney

Kelly began her legal career at a boutique litigation firm where she represented clients in all aspects of litigation and administrative matters. Kelly has more than 10 years of experience representing a wide variety of clients—including privately held companies, not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities, insurance companies, and large corporations—in commercial/business disputes, complex civil litigation, and appeals involving corporate law, business torts, breach of contract, professional ethics, partnership disputes. Kelly also has extensive experience practicing administrative law and has represented healthcare, gaming, financial, and cannabis clients in disciplinary proceedings, licensing matters, and advising on operational issues, internal policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Sgro and Roger, she has participated in several labor law/employment matters and has also been involved in complex business litigation matters. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, musical theater, and traveling.
