About Kelly
Kelly C. Sturmthal is originally from Wall, New Jersey. In 1981, her family moved to Jupiter, Florida. After graduating from Jupiter High School, she received a finance degree from the University of Central Florida and began her career with Barnett Bank, working in all areas of Banking and Marketing.
Kelly left the banking industry to pursue a law degree at the University of Miami; and after graduating, she practiced in the areas of Wills and Estate Planning, General Business and Property Tax Appeals in Miami. Kelly moved back to Jupiter in 2002, where she created (and continues to run) several other businesses, including her family’s medical measuring business and Step Out Strategies, a business consulting firm. Kelly drew on those business experiences in her previous law firm, Sturmthal & Hodder, P.A. and continues to be available to assist families and businesses during good and sad times.
Kelly is married to Jeff Sturmthal, an Air Force F-16 (retired) and American Airlines pilot. In addition to her past involvement in her children’s school for 5 years as PTO President, she served as an original Board member for Think Local, a non-profit organization working to support and preserve locally owned, independent businesses in the Palm Beach North area. She and Jeff have two wonderful sons, Nicholas and Alexander, that continue to make them proud. They also have a puppy named Bailey. Together they enjoy traveling, experiencing all that Jupiter has to offer and living to make a difference in this beautiful area of Palm Beach County.
