Ken served as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney from 1984 to 1990 during which time he worked primarily as a prosecuting attorney. Ken has been a Member of Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, PLLC. continuously since 1984. Ken is certified as a “General Civil Mediator” by the Kentucky Court of Justice. Ken has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics.
